Director: Philip Blackburn
Philip is Director of Artist Services at the American Composers
Forum where he runs the innova recordings CD label. He studied
composition at Cambridge and Iowa and lectures on Harry Partch, Vietnamese/Belizean/Cuban music, and sound in public art. He is a guerilla sound sculptor, creating
occasions for listening where the public least expects them. For
that, he was made a 2003 Bush Foundation Artist Fellow. He wrote the soundtrack for Wild Music: Sounds and Songs of Life that may be touring a science museum near you, and often works on sound installations, sonic playgrounds, and acoustic paraphernalia to help us all listen better. More.

Operations Manager: Chris Campbell
In addition to being Operations Manager for Innova Recordings,
Chris Campbell is also a composer and video artist. An alum
of Sarah Lawrence College where he studied composition with
George Tsontakis, Campbell now lives in St. Paul where he
enjoys gardening, spending time in nature, playing with his pug, cooking Japanese
homestyle dishes, boxing, shopping at Axman Surplus, and making music and movies out of
subject matter many find unusual, yet resonant. More.
